Flint Youth Theatre’s facility provides several different spaces for performances, meetings and community events. The facility includes two theaters and two studio spaces which, in various pairings, can serve mid-size events and conferences or, singularly, provide a perfect setting for small, intimate events.

Venue: Elgood Theater, thrust stage

Seating: 150 benched seating

Direct Parking Lot Capacity: 113 spaces, including handicap parking.

Additionally there is a large overflow parking area in close proximity to the theatre and accessible by paved surfaces. With total parking availability, FYT regularly provides parking for 300 patrons at various events.

 

Venue: Bower Theater, proscenium stage

Seating: 300 individual seats

Venue: Studios 1 and 2  – Sprung floors and carpeted walls in studios. Each studio can accommodate approximately 80 people and both have easy access to restrooms and a lobby with a large counter, small refrigerators and a sink, ideal for catering.

 

Venue: Lobby - Both Bower Theater and Elgood Theater have spacious lobbies ideal for small to midsize receptions. They can be used in combination or by themselves.
